We decided to take men's trousers and flip them on their head to made a form fitting dress. Each panel of the pants were cut and then resewn to fit into a dress form. The zipper from the pant was taken out and added to the back of the dress. The back of the pants are flipped upside down smooth down the top of the back. The buttons in the front were added to create the functional front closure.
